Our Projects
A LEED certified platinum house nestled into the woods on the shore of a pond this house features custom cabinetry, triple pane windows, solar hot water and photovoltaic panels on the roof, an air to water heat pump and super insulated building envelope. The pine on the interior walls is all locally sourced.
This net zero house is perched on granite overlooking the bay below. Double wall construction, triple pane windows and dense pack cellulose insulation keep it cozy on the coolest days. Photovoltaic panels on the roof feed surplus electricity back to the grid.
A modern aesthetic drove the design of this house incorporating lots of glazing and a pallette to blend with its natural surroundings. White washed pine accent walls compliment the interior.
A stunning view for a stunning design. An expansive second floor deck and floor to ceiling glazing on the second floor provide ample opportunity to look out over Frenchman Bay and Mount Desert Island. The house features a minimalist finish and custom cabinets and built-ins, including the beds.
